How do I place an order?

What is the order lead time?
We require a 3-business day lead time for all orders to ensure quality and preparation.
What are the delivery days and fees?
We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Delivery fees are:
- $15 for 0-10 km from Biggera Waters
- $40 for 10-20 km from Biggera Waters
Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, a $250 minimum order applies to all items.
What serving items are included?
We provide pine boats, wooden forks, and napkins based on your platter order. If you need additional items, let us know, and we’ll provide a quote.
Do I need to be available for delivery?
Yes, please ensure a contact person is available to receive your delivery for a smooth handover.
Pick-ups from our warehouse
Pick-ups from our warehouse can be arranged Monday–Sunday, 9 am–5 pm, by prior agreement with the catering team.
Gold Coast Delivery Zone
We deliver within a 15km radius from central Gold Coast for a flat fee. If you fall outside these zones please contact our team before placing your order.
Brisbane Delivery Zone
We deliver within a 15km radius from central Brisbane for a flat fee. If you fall outside these zones please contact our team before placing your order.
